State of Mind Recordings has announced the signing of Day of the Dead. The Portgual-based hardcore act previous released Old Habits Die Harder via Third Party and will enter the studio later this month to begin work on A New Healing Process.

The band is aiming for a December 2005 or January 2006 release. You can check out three tracks from a previous Goodwill Records release on their media page.
