After taking some time for frontman Andrew McMahon to recover from his successful stem-cell transplant via a bone marrow donation and subsequent recovery from Acute Lymphatic Leukemia, Something Corporate has announced plans to regroup and begin working on a new record.

The band will begin working on the new release with rehearsals in mid-January and also plans to begin writing for their third album which does not yet have a release date.

The band previously released North in 2003 though in the intervening years, McMahon also released material under the name Jack¹s Mannequin.
