Scatter The Ashes has announced plans to begin demoing in January, with recording following shortly thereafter. The band is hoping to release their sophomore record for Epitaph next summer.

The new album will be the follow up to 2004's Devout / The Modern Hymn. The band also released the first video for "Caesura" which is taken from Devout, this past November.
