During a recent video shoot, it appears that Less Than Jake singer/guitarist Chris Demakes ran afoul of the law. The band was shooting a video in Los Angeles for their first single from In With The Out Crowd, "Overrated," playing for Topanga Plaza food court patrons. Apparently the mall security guards asked the band to leave, and Chris took too long. He was arrested and charged with trespassing.

The band is preparing to release a 4 song EP Absolution for Idiots and Addicts and their second full length for Warner, In With The Out Crowd.
