The Pitchfork Music Festival has announced the lineup for its 2-day event in Union Park, Chicago, which is set to take place July 29th and the 30th.

Amongst the 38 bands set to play are Mission of Burma, Spoon, Ted Leo and the Pharmacists, the Futureheads, Yo La Tengo, Silver Jews, Band of Horses, and Mountain Goats. More bands are expected to be announced soon.

There will also be a 'Biz 3' stage, which will showcase "some of the world's best and most revered DJs, along with an army of electronic, jazz, and experimental artists." The full lineup is expected to be announced later this month.

The festival promises to offer and support "eating cheap, drinking cheap, hydrating cheap and buying unique crafts and records for cheap."
