The Cardinal Sin have posted "Light Years Behind," the latest track from their upcoming album Hurry Up And Wait, for streaming at their Myspace page.

The band recently posted their 8 track demo and the track "Eye Opener" for download.

Hurry Up and Wait is the band's first full length, due out on April 25th, having previously released There Is No Place Like MPLS, a split with fellow Minnesotans Small Towns Burn a Little Slower, and their debut EP, Oil & Water.
