This Is My Fist! releasing new album, July tour

This Is My Fist! have come out of hibernation and set plans for the upcoming months. In June, the band will be releasing their first full-length album, A History of Rats, on No Idea Records. The band last released I Don't Want To Startle You But They Are Going To Kill Most Of Us, a 7", on Left Of The Dial Records.

The Bay Area band will also be heading out on tour during July, including a two week stint with The Love Songs. The tour will be preceded by a date at the venerable 924 Gilman.
