Only Crime have posted the first demo from their upcoming sophomore full length for Fat Wreck Chords. Drummer Bill Stevenson and Jason Livermore (Black Flag, Descendents) will be handling the recording which is set for July and August and the finished album is expected in November of 2006.

The band released To the Nines in 2004 and features members of the Descendents, Good Riddance, Hagfish/Gwar, and Bane.
