Fearless Records has signed North Carolina's Classic Case. The quintet includes Durijah Lang, formerly of Glassjaw and Josh Moore of Beloved.

The band previously released Dress to Depress on defunct indie Fiddler Records and promises "echoes of early-90's, post-hardcore bands Helmet and Quicksand, as well as 80's icons U2 and The Police,"
