Life at These Speeds have posted a new track from To Your Health, their upcoming album due out September 19th, 2006. The album is the follow up to the Level Plane reissue of their full length debut, Life at These Speeds [reissue].

The band has also booked an East Coast tour which will have them sharing the stage with Sinaloa, The Sea Like Lead, Pyramids, Envy and more.
