The Exit have announced the departure of guitarist Jeff DaRosa. The band explained that Jeff has left to " pursue other things."

The band also posted an update on the progress on their next full length, saying:

The band plans to continue on, saying "We've been jamming new ideas with a bunch of friends and are really excited about the music we are making….we'll let you know once we have the new line-up set.

The band most recently reissued their 2004 album, Home for an Island on Wind Up Records. The album was originally issued on Some Records, the label owned by Walter Schreifels of Gorilla Biscuits and Quicksand.
