Orgcore band favorite and current Draftsman Jason Black recently wrote in to update us on his band's current and future endeavors.

First, the band's debut album, In A Million Pieces is now available on vinyl through No Idea Records. Next, as previously mentioned, the guys are getting ready to begin a European tour with Samiam, starting next week and running through the middle of November. Upon returning to the states, the Draft will be playing some east coast shows with Planes Mistaken For Stars and Fifth Hour Hero, then taking some time off for the holiday season. After which, it's right back on the road again for some dates out west with Avail.

The west coast dates have yet to be confirmed, but a few of the east coast dates with PMFS have been, with more to come. .

Hey, all. Our apologies for the lack of news lately. We've been busy getting ready to miss the best weather Florida has all year. We thought it would be wise to exchange sunny and 70 for assed-out Euro-fall, which will consist mostly, not entirely, of rain, snow, clouds, and pasty people. Despite the weather, we are wicked stoked to get overseas and bring a nice double-dose of awesome to you guys, courtesy of us, and the magnificent Samiam. The tour dates are posted, so if you're from abroad, check and see if we're coming near you.

A belated thank you is due to be extended from us to the beautiful Lawrence Arms for bringing us along on their tour. We love you guys very much. We also love Bullets to Broadway and we have a slight fear, tinged with love, of The Blackout Pact.

So, the album is out, a lot of you have purchased it, and for that we thank you all. Var swears that the LP will be out soon, as in this week. I'm waiting, too.

Some good news for those of you who would like to catch us live stateside—we're headlining the east coast in November and December. Coming along for the ride on will be Planes Mistaken for Stars and Fifth Hour Hero. Both bands have seriously killer new records out and are rad folks, so we're enamored to have them along. Not all of the dates are confirmed yet, but here's what we do have:

See below for tour dates

We're hitting more places, obviously. So, don't sweat it if you live in say, Philly. We'll be there.

After that fun little trek, we're chilling at home for a bit and get plowed on eggnog. Then, we head back out west with AVAIL!!! The dates will be forthcoming for that run and man, are we excited about that one!

That about wraps it up for now, everyone. Thanks again for coming out and supporting and for picking up the album.

Peace,
Black

PS—Have fun for us on Halloween. We're going to be in Geneva playing with Swiss army knives and chocolate or something lame like that.
