Despite all the shocking press surrounding the band, Petaluma, California-based Love Equals Death looks to be soldiering on.

The band recently parted ways with their former bassist in light of his arrest, and have begun booking shows and even recently relaunched their official website.

The band will be performing with the Germs in San Francisco on May 5th, and have reportedly begun "writing bucketloads of new songs" which will presumably appear on the follow up to 2006' Nightmerica. The band also notes that their previously announced split with Death By Stereo is still happening, and they are promising to tour this summer.
