Author Kara Zuaro has assembled a new rock-based cook book titled, appropriately enough, I Like Food, Food Tastes Good. The book, which takes its name from the Descendents song, assembles recipes from over 100 bands, including Belle & Sebastian, Ben Kweller, Death Cab for Cutie, the Decemberists, Devendra Banhart, Franz Ferdinand, the Hold Steady, Interpol, the Mountain Goats, My Morning Jacket, NOFX, Okkervil River, Shonen Knife, Smoosh, They Might Be Giants, the Violent Femmes, and the Walkmen.

The book was released last month, and includes recipes inspired by song in the band's repertoire or taken from real-life experience. Take El Hefe of NOFX who contributes this:
