Boston's Lock and Key are closing the door on their band. After five years the band posted the news via a MySpace blog.

They gave no reason for the decision and reportedly will be recording their final album following their upcoming summer tour with Movers and Shakers.

The band released Pull Up The Floorboards via Deep Elm in 2004.
