Rochester, NY's Polar Bear Club has signed to Red Leader Records. The band features current and ex-members of a number of bands including Marathon, Achilles, the Disaster, Standfast and Spark Lights The Friction. The band has booked time to record a new full length in July at Nada Studios, with touring to follow.

In the meantime Red Leader will re-release the band's 2006 EP The Redder, The Better in conjunction with Luchador Records.
