Carbondale's favorite sons, the Copyrights, have posted a new track from their forthcoming album on Red Scare. You can hear "Same Hearse Different from the First" at their MySpace page.

The album is due out January 29th, 2008 and is titled Learn the Hard Way. It's the followup to this year's well–received Make Sound.
