The Loved Ones have posted a studio update in video form for their upcoming album Build and Burn. The video includes footage of the band practicing a new song as well as producers Brian and the Pete of the the Bouncing Souls. Oh, and there's some guy named Bob who's high.

The video proceeds to take you on a tour of the creation of the album, from Brooklyn to Asbury Park.
