'Tis the season, and so Patent Pending have posted a new Christmas–themed single. The pop–punk outfit has "She's a Ho–Ho–Ho Merry Christmas" streaming on their myspace page and also available via Amazon.com and eMusic.

The band will also be hitting the road in late December for a tour with Catch 22.
