The fine gentlemen at Asian Man have posted a track from Kevin Seconds' upcoming album Rise Up Insomniacs!. The track "The Violence Inside" can be found at the label's MySpace page.

The album is due out sometime this spring.

Mr. Seconds other band will be performing at this year's Punk Rock Bowling kick–off party alongside Nothington, American Steel, Youth Brigade and the Adolescents.
