The CEO/vocalist of Chicago based band/label/corporate conglomerate Hewhocorrupts Inc., Tony Camaro, has reportedly "fallen victim to a hostile takeover." He has been replaced by Toney Vast–Binder (7,000 Dying Rats, Harpoon). The band wishes Mr. Camaro "the best of luck in all his future endeavors."

The first show featuring the new line up will take place on February 6th, 2008 at the Empty Bottle in Chicago at 9:00 PM.
