The Offspring have been named as one of the headliners at the UK's Download Festival. The band joins a diverse array of major rock bands including Kiss, Welsh nu–metal act Lostprophets, Judas Priest, Motörhead, HIM and Chicago punks Rise Against. The festival takes place on June 13th, 14th and 15th at Donington Park in North West Leicestershire. Many more bands are to be announced soon.
The Offspring have been hard at work on the follow up to 2003's Splinter.
