Detroit's That Was Something have posted their new song "She Is The West Coast" from their upcoming EP Down, But Not Out. The new work was produced by Rob Freeman (Hit The Lights, Cobra Starship). This is also the band's first song available that features their new vocalist.

Orlando, Florida's Crisis in Hollywood will hit the studio in August to record their sophomore album for the Financial Records label. Anthony Raneri of Bayside will produce. The band commented "It's going to lean towards pop/punk for sure, as we all love a great hook, but we're looking to put out an album a metal head, a punk, and an indie rocker can all appreciate." The new record will follow up Between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea, which was released last year.

Freshly dropped from Stolen Transmission records and currently label less, Sacramento's Bright Light Fever have finished their new record Red Hands In Holy Water. The band is selling download cards at shows that give access not only to the new record, but to every song the band's ever recorded.
