Terror
by Century Media

Los Angeles-based hardcore outfit Terror are currently on a huge US tour in support of their third full-length release, The Damned, The Shamed, which just hit stores via Century Media. We were able to get Scott Vogel to start keeping a tour journal which we will be publishing here on Punknews.org.

I'm sitting here in the van watching Dexter. We are on a 9 hour drive from Alabama to Tampa Florida. Todays show got cancelled due to the club getting struck by lightning. What are the fucking chances of that. We just stopped to see tropic thunder. The movie was pretty funny. Tom cruise was so good. I'd say going to a movie on tour is a great escape. Out of the smelly van. No one talking. No one talking to you. No loud music. You get 2 hours to just forget . I went to the movies in austrlia alone last time we were there.

Everyone kept going to the beach and I'm not a fan of dirt and heat so I got dropped off at the theater. The only movie up was something I had never heard of . Apocoliptico. I bet I spelled that wrong. anyways, when it started the sub titles began and I was like are you serious. But fuck, the movie was so so good. And the time away from the band and tour was heaven. In London there is a theater near a club we played a lot called the underground. I saw war of the worlds there. Again alone. Its odd at this point I know certain clubs and where the closest theater is. Food spots. Laundry mates. Its a crazy fucking life being on the road in a hc band. Survival is not a joke. To stay clean. Stay healthy. To stay sane. Sometimes a 30 minute walk works wonders for me. Sometimes I want to be around everyone loud till the sun comes up. Other days I just want to get to the hotel and watch TV.

Movie Playlist. Into the wild. Meet the parents. Kingpin. A Bronx tale. Seven. Rocky. Pulp fiction. Cape fear. Carlitos way. I could go on forever but ill just end with my favorite movie of all time. Shawshank redemption.
