My Chemical Romance prep “Three Cheers” vinyl for December

My Chemical Romance have announced plans to release a limited red vinyl pressing of their major label debut and breakthrough album, Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge. Due out December 16, 2008, the pressing follows the band's limited pressing of The Black Parade.

While the band is currently not touring, members have been keeping busy with a variety of projects. Frontman Gerard Way is gearing up for the potential film treatment of his comic book, The Umbrella Academy: Apocalypse Suite. Guitarist Frank Iero's rock'n'roll/hardcore/punk act Leathermouth most recently signed to Epitaph Records.
