Ohio's Standby Records have announced the signing of female fronted pop-punk/power-pop outfit, Vice on Victory. The label will be releasing their debut, Glitter & Gold, on March 31, 2009. The record was recorded with producer John Burke (Driver Side Impact) at Chin Music Studios in Cleveland, OH.
