Chicago, IL's The Methadones have posted a news update about their album Not Economically Viable. Says the band:

We've got some exciting things going on in Methadones land this spring. First up, our album Not Economically Viable is getting a total makeover. It's currently being re-mixed and re-mastered by our friend Matt Allison and will be released on vinyl by Underground Communique early this summer. It will be a cool double album on colored vinyl with a never before heard bonus track. It will also be available on Itunes.

The band also announced that they will be recording three to four songs for seven inch releases later this year. The band released This Won't Hurt… in 2007.
