Minneapolis, MN's Off with Their Heads have unveiled plans to release their second collection. This one is titled The '69 Sound and is the "sequel" to their previous singles collection, All Things Move Toward Their End.

No word on when the collection is due out, but it will be released by No Idea Records sometime soon. The band's album, From The Bottom, was ranked the sixth best of 2008 by Punknews.org readers. The best record of 2008 (as voted) might explain the title of this particular collection.
