Japan's FACT have unveiled plans to release their upcoming full length via Vagrant Records/Maximum on April 14, 2009. The 16-track set was recorded with producer Michael "Elvis" Baskette (Incubus, Story of the Year) and was mixed by Chris Lord Alge (Green Day, My Chemical Romance).

The band will be embarking on a US tour beginning March 14th. A song from the album and the tour dates can be found on their myspace page.
