Billy Talent have announced plans to release the first single from their forthcoming album on May 19th. The song is titled "Rusted From the Rain" and comes from III which is due out July 14, 2009.

The band has also launched a teaser clip for "Devil on My Shoulder," another song from the album. You can check out that clip here.
