"Please welcome our good friend Mr. Michael Shumaker as the newest member of Hey Mercedes. You may remember him from such excellent bands as Sheilbound. He's well versed in the old numbers and we've already started working on new ones! How exciting."
The band also says that their July tour is shaping up - it will be 6 weeks long, with three other bands. Nothing specific has been announced yet [although Bob, you know you want Corner Club to rock it out with you like we did at Rock Valley College - don't blow it], but keep your eyes peeled as the info is bound to leak sooner or later.
