AFI and Paramore have been announced as co-headliners for the forthcoming Ulalume Festival . The event takes place Friday, October 23rd at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland. Other bands set to appear include Kid Cudi and Chester Benninton's side band, Death By Sunrise.

Performances straight from "Ulalume" will air during a Halloween-themed week on MTV, MTV.com, mtvU, and mtvU.com, with more details to be announced.
