Circa Survive have posted "Get Out," a new song from their upcoming full-length and major label debut, Blue Sky Noise. Slated for a April 20, 2010 release, it'll be the band's first since 2007's On Letting Go.

Prior to the release of Blue Sky Noise, the band will be hitting the road for two weeks of shows.
