Amebix are set to release their first new album in 24 years. The record is titled Sonic Mass and is due out September 20, 2011 via Alternative Tentacles Records (CD / digital) and Profane Existence (vinyl).

The UK-based group reunited in 2008 and were one of the groups responsible for the crust punk movement that began in the 1980s.
