According to Jawbreaker's Facebook page, the oft-delayed documentary on the seminal band has shown signs of progress. Filmmakers Keith Schiron and Tim Irwin recently shot some footage for the film in Los Angeles, including interviews with the band's former singer Jon Liu and tour manager Anthony "Nino" Newman.

Schiron and Irwin have been working on the film since 2007, and even filmed the band reuniting in a San Francisco studio and performing three songs. While there's still no release date or distributor lined up, we'll keep you posted as details surface.
