New Years Day sign to Hollywood Waste

Hollywood Waste Records has signed California-based pop-punk outfit New Year's Day. The female-fronted band claims influences from Muse, Propagandhi, No Doubt, Green Day, Queen, Alkaline Trio, Faith No More, The Beach Boys, No Knife, Fifteen and many others.

They will release their new EP, The Mechanical Heart, on June 21st and will spend at three weeks on Warped Tour this summer.
