The upcoming Jason Segal-scripted film, The Muppets, will be accompanied by a soundtrack of classic Muppet hits performed by a variety of bands including OK Go, Alkaline Trio, Atreyu's Brandon Saller and Good Charlotte's Billy Martin, The Fray, My Morning Jacket and Weezer with Paramore's Hayley Williams covering "Rainbow Connection."
The record is due out August 23, 2011.
