Young Governor, the project from the prolific Ben Cook of Fucked Up and Marveling Darlings, will be releasing a new 10-inch EP titled Where It's Quiet. It's due out November 22, 2011 on 12XU. The label has posted the first song from the 10-inch (along with a pre-order for the vinyl release.
