Off with Their Heads posted a brief message indicating their plans to being work on their follow up to 2010's In Desolation. They posted just this:

Sleep. Writing for the new record begins tomorrow.

In a recent interview, frontman Ryan Young noted that Epitaph Records boss and Bad Religion guitarist Brett Gurewitz would be producing the album, noting:

We're gonna do our next record with Brett Gurewitz, which is rad because, you know, he did Rancid's … And Out Come The Wolves, that's a good sounding record. He's done a lot of cool shit. We've never had a producer before so I think it'll be kind of fun to have him do that.
