Long-running melodic punk band Down By Law have signed up with DC-Jam Records, who will release the band's first new material since 2003's windwardtidesandwaywardsails. The band expects a summer 2012 release for the as-yet unnamed record. Frontman Dave Smalley stated "We are really pumped about this new record and our signing with DC-Jam. It feels really good to be back into the studio again with DBL writing new music, and we can't wait to get on the road to showcase this album."
