Shiner to reunite and re-release 'The Egg'

Shiner
Contributed by eatdogs, Posted by John Flynn 14 years ago

Kansas City post-hardcore act Shiner will be reuniting, according to a Twitter update from guitarist Josh Newton. While the post contains no details as to when, merely saying the band would be playing "a few shows," he also states that the band's 2001 album, The Egg will be getting a vinyl reissue.

Shiner was active from 1992 until they split in 2003. Members went on to play in Every Time I Die, The Damned Things, The Life and Times, and others. Their final release was 2001's The Egg.
