Geoff Rickly's guitar damaged by Delta Airlines

Geoff Rickly's guitar damaged by Delta Airlines
Contributed by alex101, Posted by Aubin Paul Epitaph 10 years ago

As if there weren't enough reasons to be annoyed with Delta Airlines, the struggling airline can't take care of musician's precious instruments either.

According to the Warped Tour's Acoustic Basement who were hosting Thursday and United Nations' Geoff Rickly:

Delta put a forklift through Geoff Rickly's guitar [that] he's had since Thursday's Full Collapse and [they] say they aren't liable. Bullshit!"

I'm not a lawyer, but I'm pretty sure forklift damage doesn't qualify as force majeur unless Jesus was driving it.
