Topshelf Records has signed Baltimore, MD-based Have Mercy. They are described as "taking cues from peers and predecessors like Makeout Party, The Jealous Sound, The Early November, Seahaven and Northstar alike," They are currently on the road with The Jealous Sound, presumably as the main opener after Daytrader's announcement earliest this week.
