All you have to do is pick the show you'd like to go to and email the date of the show along with your name and address to CONTEST CLOSED. Why do we need your address, you may ask? That's because along with getting your name on the guestlist, Polyvinyl will also send you their latest CD sampler as well as assorted stickers and buttons. Talk about a deal!
