Into It. Over It. will release a new 7-inch titled Life is Suffering on June 25, 2013 via Topshelf Records. In addition to a pair of full-band live tracks, the package will include a 200 page book featuring band photographs and other content from IIOI's first full-band tour.

The two live tracks, "Anchor" and "Wearing White," can be heard at The AV Club. Both songs originally appeared on 2009's 52 Weeks. IIOI's new full-length and follow-up to 2011's Proper is expected out this year via Triple Crown Records.
