Warren Oakes (Against Me!) has formed a new band called Sunshine State, featuring Troy Perlman (Whiskey and Co, The Enablers, J. Page), Mike Magarelli (The Scaries, J. Page) and Kyle Fick (The Featured Creatures). The band has posted a four song demo titled State or Die, which you can hear below.
