The Jazz June

Influential Philadelphia-based emo outfit The Jazz June will reunite to perform at Topshelf Records' CMJ showcase on Oct. 19 at St. Vitus in Brooklyn. Also on the bill are Caravels, Enemies, Have Mercy and a special guest headliner to be announced.

The Jazz June were initially together from 1996-2004 and released their last album, Better Off Without Air, in 2002. They briefly reunited in 2007 and according to their twitter bio, are working on new songs. If you're unfamiliar with the Jazz June, you can hear some of their old music at Bandcamp.
