Steve Ignorant, formerly of Crass, has announced a new album recorded with long running punk band, Paranoid Visions. The album is titled When…? and is due out November 11, 2013 via Overground records. It will feature 12 tracks. There will also be a record release show on November 9, 2013, in London.
