Portland thrashers Toxic Holocaust are streaming a pair of new songs. First up, Loudwire is debuting a song called "Rat Eater." You can check that out here. Second, Relapse Records have posted a stream of "Out of the Fire." Both tracks are set to appear on the band's upcoming album Chemistry of Consciousness, due out on October 29, 2013.
