Nadezhda Tolokonnikova and Maria Alekhina, the two Pussy Riot members still imprisoned, could be released as part of a proposed Kremlin amnesty, the Guardian reports.

An amnesty bill put forward by Russian President Vladimir Putin proposes to release women with children who have committed non-violent offenses. The bill contains no names, and lawyers have suggested that it is unclear who will be eligible for release until such a time as the bill is passed into law. Both Tolokonnikova and Alekhina have young children though, and have no convictions for violent offenses.
